The temperature presets range from 95ºF to 185ºF, and there is a timer that can be set for up to 48 hours. This feature allows you to dry different types of food at the right time and the exact temperature.

This fruit dehydrator machine is constructed with a 201 stainless steel body and a 304 stainless steel tray. All of the materials used are BPA free and have been ETL certified. It is very easy to clean and can even be washed in the dishwasher.
